We had a Fiesta Lunch on Cinco De Mayo with about 40 residents, family, friends and staff. Staff and resident had a lot of fun with activities that included styling with mustaches. The residents painted mason jars and planted cuttings from a pussy willow tree and pansies then gave them to the staff. The children joined us from the Rainbow Preschool; they try to visit us once a month during the school year.

The menu included Tamale Pie, Taco Salad, Mexican Green Beans, Baja Shrimp, Tres Leches Cakes, and Non-alcoholic Margaritas.
