Our daily room rate is $390 per day for each of our 14 private rooms.

At Mertens House all nursing care required by any resident is included in our daily rate.

The daily rate of Mertens House includes meals, twenty – four hour nursing coverage, laundry services, bedding and towels.

Medications prescribed by the attending physician are billed independently through our contracted pharmacy, HEALTHDIRECT, which is a division of Kinney Drugs, Inc. in Williston, Vermont. Outside services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, podiatry, psychiatrist, dental, optician, optometrist, ophthalmologist, X-ray and laboratory would be billed independently through that particular provider.
